The village is divided into two smaller groups located next to each other, but separated to maintain the cozy feeling.
All houses are equally close to the lake and is located right next to two large pool areas with heated pools. The entire area has wireless internet.
Around the village there are green fields where there are various animals that you can watch, pet and feed. A bit like "stay on a farm." There are large green areas for summer sports and activities. Soccer, beach volleyball court, playground, good fishing and boat / canoe rentals and more. With us, it is full of activities for those who want or total relaxation.
The Cottages are open from spring to fall and many guests come for a fishing weekend, or just to hang out with family and friends.
There are a total of 11 houses with 74 beds in the Vacation Village. Cottages are around 75 square meters and can accommodate six beds in three bedrooms in each cottage.
Interior-wise, the cottages are different. You can make a tour of the different cabins. Nr. 1-5 has two bedrooms downstairs and a loft. House Nr. 6-10 has three bedrooms on one level.
We have cabins where your dog or cat can join! Anyone who wishes can bring your own horse! We have both pasture and paddocks and stables.

How about 14 beds and private pool and garden?
Rallarhuset / Big Vacation House is a much bigger house with 14 beds with private pool and garden. You go directly into the pool deck from the kitchen! This house is very popular when many families want to holiday together or have a family reunion. Large dining table and fireplace makes it a perfect house for big families ! Look into the Gallery
Information about the swimmingpools
The pools in Sjöbyn and Sommarbyn is about 5.5m * 10.5 m pool. At the Big Vacation House the pool is 4.5 meters in dm, all pools is 1.3 m deep. The pools are heated with air / water pumps and can be started as soon as the temperature is above +7 degrees at night. We try to maintain a temperature of 25 degrees. At varying weather, temperatures can vary and in warmer weather the pools may be warmer. Poolareas are fenced with railings and gates are equipped with self-closing springs and latches for the safety of everyone. We open pools in May, weather conditions permitting. Big Vacation House pool, we aim to open at Easter, but the temperature will determine whether it is possible. Pools close early / mid September, depending on air temperature ..Ask us when booking if you want to make sure access to the pool. In high season, the pool is always open!
